Freezing Cylinder

Mix Hopper

Separate hopper refrigeration, by separate compressor to pre-cool mix and maintain mix below 4.4 ℃.

Indicator Lights

The Mix Low light alerts the operator to add mix.

Standby

During long no-use periods, the standby feature maintains safe product temperature in the mix hoppers and freezing cylinders.

Hardness Digital Indicator
